"Training with free weights has activated far more muscle groups through the varied daily programs than my previous machine-based workouts. Mihai provides very detailed feedback to ensure clean execution of the exercises. As a result, the training has significantly strengthened me and continuously improved my fitness. Additionally, after just a few weeks, pain in my knee and shoulder had noticeably decreased.

Working with free weights is no wellness session! Mihai challenged me but never pushed me beyond my limits. His many years of personal training experience are clearly evident, and he answers all questions about training (muscles, equipment, recovery phases, nutrition, etc.) with great expertise.
