I’ll guide you through a workout session and demonstrate my training approach.

We’ll have a final discussion to hear your feedback and answer any last questions. Based on our conversation, you’ll decide how you’d like to proceed.
You’ll decide if my method and me align with your needs and we’ll review my available packages or create a custom one together that best suits your needs.
Planning
Contract & Payment
I’ll draft the contract based on our agreed terms and send it to you for review and signature, along with the invoice for the agreed sessions.
You’ll sign the contract and complete the payment for the invoice.
Training Plan Setup
I’ll create your personalized client account in my PT App. and your first training plan which will include detailed instructions, videos, and nutrition guidelines.
Train & Track
Workout & Adjust
We’ll start following your training plan, which we will update it periodically to ensure it remains effective.
Focus Areas
The plan's main focus will be on free weights and functional training.
I’ll also provide specialized rehabilitation training plans for recovery from injuries or surgeries, where needed.
Track Progress
We’ll continuously evaluate your progress during sessions and analyze data from the PT App to keep you on track.
